When customers place orders through QR codes, we may collect names (if provided), phone numbers (for order updates), order history, and dining preferences. We do not collect or process customer payment information as payments are handled directly between customers and restaurants.
1.3 Technical Information
We automatically collect device information, IP addresses, browser type, location data (with permission), cookies and similar technologies, and usage analytics.

- Process and facilitate order communication between customers and restaurants
- Manage restaurant subscription accounts and provide customer support

Please note: QRCrave does not process or store customer payment information for orders. Customers pay directly to restaurants, and we do not have access to such payment data.
